We owe many thanks to our friend and associate Henry Liao. We knew him when he lived in Miami, and he now lives in Taipei, Taiwan. He took the opportunity to work for the Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission.

Henry has been very helpful to us, providing information, making arrangements, and getting the people at the Overseas Chinese affairs Commission inspired about our mission. We wouldn't have had two of our most important meetings without him.

Mr. Liao has a passion for Taiwan and the leadership skills that may one day give him the opportunity to shape the future of his country.
