When visiting the Atayal Facial Tattoo Studio in Hualien, Taiwan, I was greeted warmly by Mr. Tien Keui-shih, the organization's founder and owner. When I looked around his studio at the many photos, I could see the man's dedication. When I talked to him and looked into his eyes, I could see his passion for his life's mission.

His mission to preserve one of the disappearing facets of Atayal culture is very touching and parallel's our own mission. We discussed how our organizations could work together. ATAYAL would be able to promote his efforts and in turn, he offered to allow our organization to use some of his beautiful photos free-of-charge. We expect a long, continuous relationship with this man who has helped bring the Atayal culture increased attention in Taiwan.
